Jeff Thomas, President …has been working in the roofing business since 1981. Starting with some savings and enticing his talented brothers to join with him, he formed WeatherGuard Roofing in 1985. This marketing student turned a dream into a 10 million dollar company in 10 years. When asked about his favorite jobs, Jeff replied, "All my jobs are favorites"! He is proud of the expertise his company developed, but secretly enjoys the tough jobs (tight deadlines, aesthetically pleasing projects, large jobs and ones that require multiple expertise) such as Ski Windham in the Catskill Mountains, the Berkshire Cannan Schools, and State Farm Insurance.
